Our Services
We are a place to serve residents who can no longer reasonably care for themselves or have a health condition or diagnosis which does not allow them to safely continue to live in their own home any longer. We are their next best place to home. Our residents receive a home feeling and atmosphere which honors their privacy and dignity, along with hands-on assistance to keep them safe in a comfortable ambiance.
Our residents participate in planning menus, engagement activities, outings, and suggestions for their care choice and style. Residents at Almond Tree are living their life fully. It is basic human nature to accept care and comfort if they are given options and choices.

- A physically safe and sanitary environment.
- 24-hour round-the-clock direct care-staff assistance and supervision.
- All housekeeping and laundry services.
- Approved by a nutritionist. Three fresh home-cooked meals that are both nutritional and balanced. Almond Tree adheres to the needs tailored to different health conditions directed by residents' physicians.
- Approved by a nutritionist. Healthy snacks are always available in visible sites for residents. Scheduled healthy snacks at 2:30 pm are served to the residents.
- Care planning with POA and Physicians, with every aspect followed by facility staff.
- Transportation to specialist doctor appointments, personal appointments, and religious services.
- Medication delivery and incontinence supply delivery by pharmacy services.
- Medication administration in accordance with physician orders.
- In-home physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner visits.
- In-home nurses' visits.
- In-home physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
- Durable medical equipment including but not limited to oxygen, wheelchairs, and walkers as per the Resident's care plan.
- Mobile dental hygienist and dentist services.
- In-home podiatry visits.
- In-home IT services including personal telephone lines, cable hook-up, internet connection, and assistance with computer needs.
- In-home barber and beautician services.
- Daily engagement activities, which include individualized fitness programs.
- Transportation to outings plan for all residents.
- Special occasions celebration.
- Risk management for hydration status, UTI, fall prevention, pressure sores, sedentary behaviors, incontinence management, resident nutrition and managing Alzheimer's dementia and related behavior.
- Regular Resident meetings to gather their input on global needs and requests.
*Note: In determining the types of activities offered, the facility shall consider the physical, social, and mental stimulation needs of the resident as well as their personal and religious preferences.
